Most people are fascinated by mirrors and reflections, and that may be a portrayal of the fact
that Individualism makes the individual its focus, it’s the person separated from everything
with unique character by possessing his or her own needs, goals, and desires in comparison to
other persons.

While Sigma emphasizes teamwork and interpersonal relationships, as we see ourselves here
more of a family; it still encourages us to be self-reliant and think independently, thus
promoting innovation and creativity.

Now the concept of an individual may seem straightforward, but there are many ways of
understanding it, both in theory and in practice. The social acceptance, for instance, seems to
play the biggest role in how individuals express themselves, due to the human constant need
to belong to a group, in spite of leading the group or melting in it…

‘the squeaky wheel gets the grease’ or ‘the nail that stands out gets pounded down’…
Is it definite that the society is the one who creates and differentiate between one another?

However, some say that Human society itself originated out of self-interest, and not out of a
human capacity for pure, selfless benevolence. In other words, society is a prerequisite for, not
a result of, selfless benevolence.

Because the individual is real, he exists in and of himself; he is the basic unit of human life.
Groups or collectives of people… whether families, partnerships, communities, or societies
are not exactly real; as they are some number of individuals…

A lot can argue with this!
So what do you think about this subject, and what individualisms mean to you?
